How Do Tutoring Packages Work?

Can I use my package for different subjects?

Yes, you can switch subjects

Do packages expire

Yes. All tutoring packages expire 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
This policy ensures consistent progress and allows us to maintain scheduling availability for all students. Any unused sessions after the 3-month period will be forfeited.
We encourage families to schedule sessions regularly to maximize results within the package timeframe.

Can I schedule sessions at flexible times

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Do you offer support for test preparation?

Yes, our packages include tailored test prep for various exams

Do you offer refunds on tutoring sessions?

All tutoring sessions are non-refundable once booked. When you reserve a session, that time is exclusively held for you. Because we operate on a scheduled, limited-capacity model, we are unable to offer refunds for missed or canceled sessions, etc.

What happens if a student is late?

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will not be extended.
